Serum Levels of Immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA and IgM) in Health

Abstract
|
|
|
In this report, immunoglobulins(IgG, IgA and IgM) in sera of fifty healthy persons of various ages were quantitated by a radial agar-diffusion technique.
And the results were observed as following.
The levels of immunoglobulin IgG 1,401±231.5 (986-1, 624) mg/dl, IgA 195±67.2 (85-295) mg/dl and IgM 102±23.9 (45-202) mg/dl were obtained. The levels of immunoglobin not changed considerably with age.
